The Paris laboratory hired 3e Oeil to deal with a healthcare challenge: the cost of hospitalising the elderly. The objective was to define a service offering that encouraged home-based care using telecom technology. The agency's proposition had to reflect the group's values: trust, responsibility, innovation, contemporary relevance, dynamism, simplicity, proximity, and transparency.
