Global Refund is the world leader in tax refund services, but they also publish shopping guides and have been progressively introducing other services that the public still know little about. The Global Refund management wanted to broaden their commercial horizons and expand the business. They commissioned Essencedesign to help them strategically reposition themselves on the market and redefine their identity.
